SUHO KAKOVOSTNO VINO ZGP / Letnik 2018 je zlato oranžne barve, izrazito polnega

telesa s poudarjenim taninskim karakterjem. Jagodne kožice so bile macerirane v lastnem

grozdnem soku 3 leta in 3 mesece, nato je vino zorelo 24 mesecev v francoskih hrastovih

barrique sodih. Na nosu je vino zrelo z razvitim kompleksnim vonjem po rumenem sadju. V

ustih je suho, sveže in bogato. Vino s tako prefinjenim okusom niti ne potrebuje spremljave

hrane. Serviramo ohlajeno na 14-16 °C. Rebula prihaja iz našega najstarejšega vinograda,

posajenega leta 1958. Nastanek usedline je naraven proces staranja vina. Vsebuje sulfite.

Brez dodanih barvil ali arom. Ročna trgatev. Veganom prijazno.

Vintage 2018, dry, fresh and rich. Variety rebula was hand-picked from our oldest vineyard,

planted in 1958. After the harvesting the must was macerated together with grapes for 3

years and 3 months: thus the must obtained as many natural substances as possible.

These natural substances ensure the future wine high natural stability, which results in a

golden orange colour. Wine aged for 24 months in French oak barrique barrels. This is a

very special wine, it is full-bodied and bold with honeyed aromas of jackfruit. On the palate,

the wine is dry, enjoys a marked character and even have tannin like red wine. We

recommend this special wine as a glass after dinner at some special occasions. It is served

at a temperature between 14-16°C. Sediment formation is the natural process of aging wine.

Contains sulphites. No coloring or flavoring added. Hand harvested. Vegan friendly.

»We are a rather small family-run boutique winery. The name WIPACH is an old Celtic name

for Vipava. The word derives from two short celtic words, »WIP« (a valley) and »ACH« (a

rock) meaning »Valley beneath the rocks«. We believe in natural methods of processing the

grapes and we aspire to our wines being natural and people-friendly.«
