Letnik 2022 odlikuje zlato rumena barva. Prepoznamo

arome breskve, tropskih sadežev, medu in vanilije. Vino je lepo zaokroženo, bogato s

prijetno dolgim in rahlo kremastim pookusom. Zorelo je 25 mesecev v lesenih hrastovih

sodih. Odlično se poda k testeninam, rižotam, ribi in k jedem iz belega mesa. Serviramo

ohlajeno na 10-12°C. Nastanek usedline je naraven proces staranja vina. Vsebuje sulfite.

Brez dodanih barvil ali arom. Ročna trgatev. Veganom prijazno.

Vintage 2022, dry, 10 days maceration. It is distinguished by a golden yellow color. The smell

is reminiscent of peaches, tropical fruits, honey and vanilla. The wine is nicely rounded, rich

with a pleasantly long and slightly creamy aftertaste. The wine matured for 25 months in oak

wooden barrels. It pairs perfectly with pasta, risottos, fish and white meat. Serve chilled to

10-12 °C. Sediment formation is a natural process of wine aging. Contains sulphites. No

coloring or flavoring added. Hand harvested. Vegan friendly.

»We are a rather small family-run boutique winery. The name WIPACH is an old Celtic name

for Vipava. The word derives from two short celtic words, »WIP« (a valley) and »ACH« (a

rock) meaning »Valley beneath the rocks«. We believe in natural methods of processing the

grapes and we aspire to our wines being natural and people-friendly.«
