CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Semi-bodied red wine with low tannins and noticeable acid because of its freshness. Aroma is
overtaking the body. Wine with high aging potential.
Sugar content: Dry.
Harvest: Beginning of October, hand picked.
Vinification: Grapes are picked in October. Fermentation is held at room temperature,
approximately at 18 degrees Celsius. Consequently, the aroma is well preserved. After
fermentation the grapes are pressed and the wine is aged for three months in stainless steel tanks.
After three months 30 % of the wine is put in »barrique« for five months,then put back together
and bottled.
Colour: Dark red.
Aroma: Blackberry.
Food: Steak, rich food.


CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Je rdeče vino srednje močnega okusa z nizkimi tanini in opazno kislino. Aroma je močnejša od
telesa vina. To vino ima velik potencial staranja.
Vsebnost sladkorja: suho.
Trgatev: Začetek oktobra, ročno trgano.
Vinifikacija: Grozdje je trgano v oktobru. Fermentacija poteka na sobni temperaturi, na približno 18
stopinjah. Posledično je aroma dobro ohranjena. Po fermentaciji so jagode stisnjene in vino je

starano tri mesece v inox posodi. Po treh mesecih je 30 % vina pretočenega v »barrique« sodčke,
kjer se stara nadalnjih pet mesecev. Po petih mesecih je vino iz »barrique« sodčkov in inox
cisterne ponovno združeno in ustekleničeno.
Barva: temno rdeča.
Aroma: robidnice, črno sadje.
Hrana: zrezek, visoko kalorična hrana.
