Letnik 2021 je zelo svež, prijetno zaokrožen in
harmoničen Je nežne slamnato rumene barve. Vonj je sorten, maslen in saden, spominja na
zrele rumene sadeže, limono in rumena jabolka. V ustih je polnega okusa, suha, s prijetnimi
kislinami, ki dajejo vinu svežino in pitnost. Je hrani prijazno vino. Odlično se poda k hladnim
predjedem in jedem na osnovi zelenjave in rib, belemu mesu, testeninam in rižotam ter
lahkim sirom. Serviramo ohlajeno na 10-12°C. Nastanek usedline je naraven proces staranja
vina. Vsebuje sulfite. Brez dodanih barvil ali arom. Ročna trgatev. Veganom prijazno.

Vintage 2021, dry and fresh, 24 hours maceration. Wine is pleasantly rounded and
harmonious. It is a gentle straw yellow color. The aroma is varietal, buttery and fruity,
reminiscent of ripe yellow fruits, lemon and yellow apples. It is full-bodied in the mouth, very
dry, with pleasant acids that give the wine freshness and drinkability. It is food friendly wine.
It goes well with cold appetizers and dishes based on vegetables and fish, white meat, pasta,
risottos and light cheeses. Serve chilled to 10-12°C. Sediment formation is a natural process
of wine aging. Contains sulphites. No coloring or flavoring added. Hand harvested. Vegan
friendly.
